Yes, it is May 5Th, my brother's birthday. Of course, it is also Cinco de Mayo!Tonight, I attended the first meeting of the Charter Review Commission. It is nice to join Nancy Bruner again on a commission. Nancy and I served on the original Home Rule Charter Commission, back in 2004-05.
