Iowa State and Iowa hit the road with big games at Lincoln and East Lansing, respectively

It's no secret, I am a big Iowa Football fan. I have enjoyed Nebraska football over the years, especially with Dr. Tom Osborne and during my years in Omaha. Of course, former Iowa State coach Dan McCarney brought some excitement to ISU football in 2002.

It's 9-7, but the Cornhuskers are getting themselves in position with just over 12 minutes left in the 4Th quarter. But, the Iowa State Cyclones defense comes up big. They already have six turnovers gained today in Lincoln.

Can the Iowa State Cyclones and more importantly, the Iowa Hawkeyes win on the road today?

Prediction: Iowa wins by 14 today and gets to 8-0 for the first time in Hawkeye football history.

On Iowa!

Update at 2:51 pm: Iowa State 9, Nebraska 7 with the Cornhuskers forced into eight turnovers, wow!
